I would give ram NO stars if I could. This man installed a transmission in my mother's 2006 Acura TL leaving more damage than fixing any issues. After he finished the job my mother started hearing a noise on the left driver's side of the vehicle. She decided to take it to Fountain Acura to verify Ram's work. WOW was she surprised!

The heat shield was bent down below the transmission, the ball joints had been damaged, the transmission fluid lines had been cut and clamped back together, the clock spring had been broken, the rack and pinion was damaged and to top it all off the transmission that he installed was leaking!

This was over 4,000 in damages - my mother took it back to rams garage so that he could fix the problems. Needless to say ram did not fix everything as my mother still has to replace the rack and pinion and has a leaking transmission.

Do yourself a favor - find a REAL mechanic.

Funny yall complain, you had the option to decline repairs , and you should've been informed before each repair . And wtf did yall expect people to work for free?

0 respect of customer, they were all swearing and cursing customers (including me) throughout.. The owner and employees are all wack jobs with 0 ethics and respect. Never ever coming back here again. I was going to bring 3 other cars, but not anymore... Never ever again I want to see these people touching any of my cars again..

Total rip off, the man will bleed you dry. Destroyed one of my cars, gave me a bill for thousands of dollars on my second car. I decided to tow my car to my friends garage and he fixed it up for a couple of hundreds dollars and that included putting in parts that Ram had supposedly already put in new. Total rip off, save your money and your time, do not go to this guy. I hope you don't think this is fake, I spent well over $5k with this guy and got burned. If he repairs your car you will keep going back to him over and over again every few months guaranteed! Your car will never get "fixed".
