its indeed a scam artist nothing will ever get delivered, waiting for more as a year now

I ordered a custom guitar from Scarred Guitars 9 months ago and paid via paypal promptly. After about waiting about 2 months and many excuses from them, I still didn't have my guitar. And the 45 day window to file a claim with paypal has past. The I would ask them about every two weeks the status of the guitar. And would be the same story, lies and promises. It's now been 9 months and still NO guitar. Now I've been asking for a refund and now they are doing the same thing.....Just lies and false promises. If you want to get a quality instrument and actually receive it....Steer clear from this company as they are all thieves in my opinion. Good Luck Scarred Guitars, you've lost a great customer and will do my best not give any good press to you in the future.

I indeed want to build on the other 2 posts currently listed here. Scarred Guitars is a SCAM!! They want immediate payment and produce no results. Lies, false promises, tail chasing, and empty wallets are your only guarantee. The Scarred name is perfect for this company! They just don't tell you up front that your backside is where the Scars are left. Enter at your own Risk!!

I wanted to share my recent experience in attempting to purchase a Scarred Guitar. I ordered and paid for the Guitar on 10/10. Today, 41 days later and after spending a month fighting with Scarred and finally having to go to PayPal to act on my behalf, I finally got my money back and never received any guitar. On 7 separate occasions, I tried to resolve the issue with Scarred. On all of those occasions, I was promised something and he never followed through on any of his promises. I post this not in spite or in slander, but to share my attempt to make a purchase from this company. I hope that anyone else that purchases from this company does not have to endure the troubles I have had to go through. I wish Scarred Guitars the best on their future business endeavors but unfortunately, I will not be a part of that future.
