I went to this dealer after looking at other places, and reading some reviews. I told them how much I was working with and what I needed. They made a good effort to find a car that would work for my budget. I felt comfortable the more we discussed the terms in our agreement, and I am 100% satisfied with my choice. I'm driving a beautiful 2004 G35 coupe that has about 82,000 mls. We worked a payment plan that fit my needs and I'm a pretty happy guy.

They are very business like helpful would recommend buying a vehicle from them.

I purchase my new hummer from them. I messed up my credit like 2 years ago when everybody was turn me down They approved me in 10 minutes and i drove off their lot like in an hour. If you are looking for 5 star customer service and a good condition used vehicle I would recommend you to go to starmax finance. Also don't worry bout your credit history they will find a way to help you out.

I purchased my vehicle from them a couple months ago, and I couldn't be happier. As soon as I drove in, everyone was friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints as to date, it has been the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership! Excellent service, excellent vehicles, all the makings of an excellent company!

I was in the area looking for a car came across starmax. I had David the young one, as my sales person he was great was honest and understanding of my needs . I appreciate their work with me even thought dint have excellent credit and the manager . The staff is fabulous. I ill be back to get a second car in due time. I decided to write a review about Starmax because I was thoroughly pleased and highly recommend purchasing from them. Very friendly and professional sales team. I bought a Mercedes-Benz C350 from them, tires were very worn out, I notified the manager who promised to get me brand new tires. The same day, on the spot, they sent it to get 4 new tires put on! I've owned the vehicle for over 6 months and couldn't be happier!!! Highly Recommend!!! A++

This dealership will get it done!!! If you are someone needing a car but have not-so-great credit, Starmax is where you want to go!! They always have a really nice selection of high end cars to choose from. Special thanks to Theo and Luis for doing WHATEVER it took to get me approved and driving my Audi Q7! I love this ride!!!!! Even though it took some time to find the right finance company, they never gave up and were determined to make it happen. Unlike a previous customer's review, they are more than happy to fix any issues or problems that arise and will cater to my schedule to do so. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Our next car (got our eye on that Lexus) will definitely be from Starmax Finance. I went to Starmax a couple of weeks ago because my friend bought a car there...I bought a Mazda 3 2006 in great conditions. The price was very reasonable and the car runs great to be 9 years old. Fatih was my sales person and was very professional and helped me find what I was looking for. I definitely recommend Starmax to everyone!! Good prices, friendly people and professionalism.

I was very pleased with my experience here!! After going to at least 10 different car lots, I decided to purchase here because of how well organized and how clean the vehicles were. Needless to say, my BMW was spectacular! Never had a single issue with it, purchased over a year ago now. A+++

I went in on Monday to just look around at what they had to offer. From the time I walked on the lot to the time that I received my new Audi, the customer service was amazing!!! Tina was right there to assist and handed my interest over to David. With knowing the price range I was comfortable in Starmax and their team made it happen. I don't have the best credit and I don't have the worse. But I can assure you that if I need to get another car, Starmax will be the first car place that will get my attention and business. I financed a car from this establishment and it was probably one of the worse things that i have ever done! The company as a whole is a complete scam and the most unprofessional EVER! Don't let there "sales pitch politeness" take you or your wallet for a ride. Soon as one thing they do not want to hear comes up you will regret ever even driving by this scamership! I have had NUMEROUS problems when them since i signed the papers for the car. Got into a car accident shortly after getting the car my insurance company sent me the check with my name and the lien holders name that was suppose to be given to the auto-body shop. But of course they do not follow the law so they DEMANDED I give them the check and they would give it to the body shop. Of course they never gave the check to the auto-body shop and unlawfully cashed the check (which is a felony.) After took a 7 weeks to fix the car and then another 3 weeks of calls from myself and the auto-body shop to the dealership which still did not resolve anything and forced me to go down to the dealership and demanded they write a check (which of course was a PERSONAL check.) The list goes on and on about the issues i have had with them. My car payment was 1 day late and they repossessed my car. They have yet to return my belongings that were in the car which was about a month ago. OVER ALL I WOULD SAY THIS IS ONE OF THE LOWEST OF THE LOW CAR DEALERSHIP AROUND. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Starmax Finance is by far the most unprofessional dealership that I've encountered in Orange County, FL. The staff is disrespectful, dismissive, uncooperative, and unreliable. They have two locations: the first on East Colonial Drive, the second at the intersection of East Colonial and Semoran Boulevard -- neither is an improvement over the other. At the East Colonial office, the manager attempted to engage me in a physical confrontation in front of several customers because he didn't like the exasperated look on my face due to their incessant runaround.



Starmax only has two methods of paying for your car, either in person or over the phone. If you pay in person, be prepared to be treated like trash. If you pay over the phone, be prepared to play a cat and mouse game all day trying to get someone to take your payment, and don't expect to receive a confirmation number or the next due date.



The car they sold me could barely operate; it had no oil, less than 1/4 tank of gasoline, jury-rigged sensors covered in fossilized oil, barely operable A/C, overheating, misaligned tires, and an empty wiper fluid container with a gaping hole the size of the Grand Canyon. I ended up having to pay in excess of $1200 for repairs. When I asked the dealership about the issues, they retorted saying that they weren't qualified to make an assessment and their mechanic was on vacation -- for three months! Do yourself a favor and save yourself and those you know from the absolute horrid hassle of having to do business with such a poor excuse of an establishment.
