This is a great hotel with terrific service and amenities! Have had a great experience here. It's walking distance to the universal studios amusement parks. Very kid friendly! Would easily choose to stay here again!

My family, friends and I stayed at your Hard Rock Hotel in Universal Studios at Orlando, Florida for the week of Nov 1st thru Nov 8th, it was a total of 15 of us and we were very disappointed. First of all the hotel is in a nice location and very nice looking, but the service was terrible and we have never felt more nickel and dimed before.



On our first night my two year old daughter needed milk as she woke up a little after 11pm, there was nowhere to buy milk and when we called room service as advised we were being charged $8.00 for a glass of milk. My daughter can go through at least 5 glasses of milk on given night especially when we are somewhere away from home.



By the pool side we had to wait forever to order a $12 to $15 drink and then we waited again long period of time for it to be brought out to us. Then they stuck you with a 18% gratitude fee on everything you order even if the service was unsatisfying. It was no wonder these people didn’t have to do anything to accommodate because either way they were getting a tip.



Every day I went downstairs by the Coco beach dining area to pick up food for my daughter and again I was hit for a 18% gratitude fee. I don’t understand why if I am the one picking up.



You also charge you to use the gym $10 per day and it is just a regular little gym nothing special. What accommodation do you have included besides a room to sleep?



You charge to use the internet in your rooms, $7.50 for 15 mins, I needed to do work every day for at least and hr or so.. there’s free Wi-Fi everywhere. Again where is the accommodation.



There is also no fridge or microwaves in your rooms to accommodate especially people with kids like us and I believe we could have asked for one or the other, but that was also an additional charge.



As of the moment your hotel is not somewhere we would recommend or be returning to.

everything about this hotel was great! the rooms were huge and beautiful.The staff was friendly and helpful and the proximity to the theme park was wonderful!

This is one of my favorite Hard Rocks, it's huge and located in Universal City Walk. The food is always good and the atmosphere is always fun.

We had a great time at the hard rock hotel. It is so close to Universal Studios you can walk! I loved the rooms too. It was really a great trip.

we have stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel several times and it has never let us down. I love the look of the place and the rooms are nice and have plenty of room. My kids loved the pool area.
