        Overall

        This company gives a lot of excuses of why something can't be maintained in a timely manner. The original complaint started May 1st, almost 9 months later they still can't get the job done (it's fairly easy job to mow down a retention pond when it's dried up). And I pay my HOA dues every year in full on January 1st. I guess work ethic and customer service are non existent with this company.

        Melrose is the managing company for an association that is getting press for discrimination against a child. Vice President of Melrose is in the video News clip. See for yourselves. June 4, 2015. I think it is a slime management company!

        There is a ripoff report on file for this company. I would encourage any other residents who have had issues with their management practices, especially when it comes to parking, to post a reply there.I have talked to many unhappy residents at Fountain Parke in Lake Mary.

        Melrose-Sovereign has been wit...

        Melrose-Sovereign has been with us for some time now, they always are on top of the ball. I have called them many time with issues I have had with other homes in the community and they take care of the problem every time. They get back to you really fast if you call or email. I as a homeowner am happy to say that my value of my home has stayed up in the last three years with Melrose doing the hoa management for us.
