DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TIME SHARES BY OWNER!!!!!

I am a very honest person and have nothing to gain by writing this letter. I have already been ripped off and I do not want anyone else to be harmed or lose their hard earned money.

Please take my words as the absolute truth. . I have already contacted the Florida BBB, Consumer Affairs and The Division of Time Shares. I have also contacted half a dozen local news stations.



Don’t be foolish like I was. If you see (321)329-2000 phone #, just hang up! Do not waste your time!!! I am in the process of taking legal action, which is how far I have to go to deal with this business



Time Share by owners is a chop shop of greedy, crooked individuals who only care about taking your $.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!! They are scam artists take a look at the BBB site and look up Time share by owner and you will see how bad they are. I am a present client of theirs due to my husbands trusting any sleezy salesman. They took 1500 over 2 years ago and never sold our property. They are rude and never answer their phone they lie constantly about why my property is not sold and frankly they are just plain scam artists. I hope this will help other people out looking to sell their timeshare property. We went with a new company who sold it without any upfront and a small fee from closing like real brokers do!!! Don't give them your money they will just steal it like they do with all of their clients.
