        this is your average store in need of some new management I think...shelves leave a lot to be desired but staff is friendly

        BAD! BAD! BAD!

        Very bad and discourteous customer service. Called on the telephone about an item, and the representative would not even go or send anyone to check the quanity for me. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me that she was too busy and there were no people working the floor to answer my question and then told me good night, and hung up!!!!! VERY RUDE AND I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS TOYS R US EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
