        DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! I've had problems in the past with them trying to charge me more for things I didn't need done to my car, but today's experience made it official that they are the most unprofessional auto repair shop in Orlando FL! They confirmed my appointment to today, I got there and one person showed up to open the shop, LATE. Then told me that no one was going to be there for a couple hours without any explanation, He told me tough luck and was a total a-hole. This location will just give you headaches and make you waste your time and money on horrible service with the likely outcome of them screwing you over. Every time I go there, I am treated like garbage and overpriced for things that I didn't even want. I REPEAT! STAY CLEAR OF THIS TUFFY'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        If you want trouble and abuse - this is the place!

        If you like being spoken down to - by glib arrogant repair managers... this is your place! They care less about you and the pride in workmanship than they do about your satisfaction. I took in a 2010 Mazda that now is a very large paper weight. Hasn't run in months and needs a new engine from a poorly done oil change---- oil spewed out all over the undercarriage and when oil was all out - engine damage - Tuffy's position - " "I have never lost a law suit yet!" Can't say you haven't been warned.
