I agree. This Frank person is fake review. I do not appreciate deceitful and malicious information being put out there on the internet. TV Repair by David is a veteran based business and I also would recommend them to anyone.
I see another fake review has been posted. Must be a competitor or writing for the wrong business. I have done business for years with them. I would highly recommend them to any family or friends.
This guy is horrible. Zero customer service, 3 visits to my house and still a non working tv and after paying him over $300 for parts he won't return calls or texts. He won't contact you, I've had to call him every time to schedule an appointment. He even left town for 2 weeks without mentioning it until after a week had gone by and I reached out to him. Small claims court here we come David.
I could not find any one to come to my house. Then I found David. I made an appointment and now I could not be happier. My TV is now working and the repair was right here. Two thumbs up for TV Repair by David!
