WV Electronics

I called WV Electronics, the greeting said to leave a message and they would return my call. A couple of hours later Will called me back. He was very professional and addressed my concerns. When he arrived at my home, he was very personable and professional. He identified the issue with my washer and as this was through Lowes, had to report his findings to them. I would recommend this family business without reservation.

I called MV Electronics on Saturday 9/10/11. The message requested requested a voice message or an email. I sent the email that day with all pertinent service and personal information.

After receiving no response from the email I called on Tuesday 9/12/11 and received the same telephone message after only 3 rings. I left a voice message this time including reference to the email on 9/10/11 and request for a response by telephone.

On 9/14/11 after no response to either email nor telephone requests I called again, receiving the same telephone message. I again left a voice mail requesting response from WV Electronics and referencing the previous email and voice message. In addition I sent a "resend" email and added the 'history' of MV Electronics non-responsiveness.

I'm not understanding such continuous lack of common courtesy while requesting warranty service on a Panasonic product.

Lowe's set up WV Electronics to come out to service a refrigerator that was under warranty. Appointment was 8am-Noon, I was called at 8:30am day of appointment and was told they only do afternoon appointments in my area. I had this appointment set for 5 business days prior and took the morning off from work to be at the house.
They do not answer the phone!! Stay away!

Lowes has this company as technical assistance and I'm waiting for them to fix my dishwasher since April 2016, more than three months ago. They still have not prediction of when they go to repair the dishwasher and not answer the phone.

WV ELECTRONICS. .. Had a problem with white dots on my Mitsubishi tv....called Mitsubishi... They ordered the DLP chip & recommended wv to do the repair....no charge for the chip, just $200 labor charge. Called wv to make the appt& after only 1 day the owner Will called back & set up an appointment for the next day. Wil & his son arrived at the appointed time & called 10 min prior to their arrival. Both Will & his son Louis were knowledgeable, professional & most attentive to me, explaining everything they were doing. It was a great pleasure to have them in my home & I recommend them highly. I will definitely call them for all my appliance & electronic needs. A true, dedicated & professional family business...

The same thing happened to me. So I kept calling back until I got an answer and finally I spoke with SHAKIRA, a finance clerk. She informed me that the WV Electronics mailbox is no longer being monitored because it receives too many emails; yet, the telephone voicemail message still instructs callers to send an email. Shakira provided me with a different email address to send them a scanned copy of my proof of purchase. The initial email I sent requested a "read receipt" and after about 4 weeks I received a response that informed me the email got deleted without being read. They should really do something about their mailbox and voicemail message. I'm sure they are losing business because of it.
