        Overall

        Woke up to a furnace blowing cool air -- and it was during an ice storm. Called Bill's and they arrived promptly and fixed the problem promptly. Highly recommend them.

        Bill is absolutely fabulous. We use him every year to service our a/c and heater. The prices are reasonable, the customer service is fabulous, they always arrive when scheduled, and their workmanship is great. I'd recommend this business to anyone.
