Buffalo Wild Wings

Just passing through KC and wanted a few wings and a cold beer and a chance to watch the NASCAR race. Walked into the place and didn't see the race on any of the oh say 20 TV's. we Asked our waitress and they quickly accommodated us even though it was difficult to find the race as TNT showed a different program scheduled. It was a beautiful Sunday in Ks. so we sat in the patio area where we had very attentive service and had a pleasant chat with the manager. We had great food and great service and would highly recommend this location to our friends or anyone in the area. Thanks to the management and staff for a very pleasant Sunday afternoon.

My family and two other families decided to go to the new Buffalo Wild Wings close to our houses after a baseball game. Big mistake. It was about 12:30 and we were very hungry. We ordered about 12:50 and still hadn't gotten our food by about 2:00. We were assured multiple times that it was "coming out in a minute". They tried to deliver some food, but it turned out to be another table's. Several of us never got refills of our drinks and even after talking to the manager, we never got our food, either. Needless to say, we walked. Very frustrated and very hungry. There are many restaurants in our area to choose from and so far, we have no desire to return to yours. We ended up finding another place to eat and fyi, got our food 11 minutes after ordering. (my daughter timed it) We would have understood if it had been overly busy, but it was not. Maybe understaffed, but that is not our problem.
