Very Disappointed! I brought ...

Very Disappointed! I brought my laptop in to have the LCD screen replaced. Worked with Jo, the owner. Jo called me and told me the laptop was ready. I went to pick it up and the shop was closed (at 11:30 in the afternoon). I called the store number and talked with Jo, indicating I would be back later in the day. I went a few hours later. Jo initially could not find the laptop. And then determined that he in fact had not even worked on it. (that was trip two). I returned the following day, to find them closed at 5:45 pm. I returned again (trip number four). Jo fumbled around in the work area with the laptop and determined that he had put the old screen back into the laptop. So it was still not working. I sat for close to an hour while he installed the new screen. In addition to the new screen, I contracted to have a PC tune up. When Jo had to ask for the screen password, I had a feeling that it had not even been touched. Sure enough, the laptop had not been wiped to original factory condition and the OS software updates had not been done. He waved the $64 PC tune up fee but charged me full price for the LCD screen part and labor to install. Oh, and by the way, he could not find the charger I had left with the PC. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
