        Overall

        Just had interaction with Nadia, who refused to let us talk to a manager. Website indicated in stock item when filtered down to manual recliner, brown leather. The bait and switch came by saying yes in stock but not available for sale. Refused again to get the manager.
        Totally unethical sales practices are used here.
