Was in to purchase a dog toy, and picked out a tire and tug toy that looked durable for my GSD who loves to chew. After speaking with one of the associates, she convinced me to buy a completely different toy saying that it was extremely durable. When I gave the toy to my dog, she chewed it up in 10 minutes. My dog has NEVER chewed through a toy that fast in her life. When I called the store, they said they don't do returns or exchanges on toys. I understand why they would have that policy if I picked out the toy myself, but I never even considered that toy, I bought it based off the employees recommendation... I would like to think if someone is suggesting to a consumer to buy a product, they actually know what they are talking about.
