        Horrible business

        Please do not give this place any business. The woman who I dealt with was absolutely horrendous. The store hours posted online are apparently untrue. I was there to pick up my order around 7pm that was ALREADY paid for, not only was the place closed, she would not let me in even though she was still in the building. I needed the balloons for a very special occasion that evening and was incredibly dissapointed when she refused to refund my money for false information online. She also lied straight to my face and became very defensive and argumentative almost right away. Horrible customer service. Will never give Martys party business again.

        A local favorite of mine the nicest people I've ever done business with. Just like family!

        They are here for over 20 years. Their approach to customer service is unique. You would not expect to be treated as if you were family, yet they someone bring you into their lives. Amazing we say.

        Best offal the balloon companies I've ever used

        Very personal service! Mom and pop attitude with corporate results. They seem to have their hands into everything that is popular. They get the trends immediately. Their staff is first rate. Very reliable and on time delivery service is their specialty.
