Regency Cleaners

I brought a bright white suit to Regency Cleaners and, regardless of my request to exercise extra care with the suit because of the color & delicate fabric, it came back full of pink and gray stains. The owner admitted cleaning it with other colors but did not apologize. He tried cleaning it a second time and, this time, it came back dingy and full of snags. He was completely defiant in accepting accountability for ruining the suit. He is very smug and extremely rude! There are at least 50 cleaners in Palatine - go somewhere else!
