        Too little, too late

        Paid my retainer fee 8 months prior. 2 weeks prior to filing deadline, Mr. Linesch would not take my case too court. Financially I was unable to retain another attorney, and never got my day in court. Maybe Mr. Linesch is a great attorney, but I will never know.
