Wow where to start, The biggest complaint, trust me there are many many more, but the biggest complaint is the fact that the mail carrier, the post master do not listen...... We live back a lane and our mail box is out along the main road, no problem, however from time to time we receive a package which will not fit into the mail box and they need to drop it off at the house, again no problem, EXCEPT we have three loveable, playful corgi dogs. Can you guess how long it takes for them to open a package or destroy a letter. We placed a LARGE Rubbermaid water tight box in front of the one garage door that we do not use. UPS, FED X are more then willing to place packages in it, but not the postal service. They would sooner park along our lane, walk through my wife's mulched flower bed to the front door, ring the bell drop the package along with our mail and walk through the grass, my wife's mulched flower bed and be on there Merry Way. In the mean time the Corgis are taking advantage of new toys, so they think. Now here is what drives me crazy, we asked several time and showed them several times where the box was located at the base of our driveway in front of the garage door. All they would have to do is pull up, walk three steps put the items in the water tight sealed box, turn around in the driveway which is big enough to get tractor trailers in and out and be on to the next home. Just this week we again found pieces of envelopes, Styrofoam and checks all over the yard. What do we have to do to have them place the items in this box which is closer for them???? It is absolutely no wonder why they are operating on a shoe string budget. No common sense, no customer service. To me I would much sooner see the mail delivered by a sub contractor, maybe you could at least deal with them.
