Websites, to me, are a bit like plumbing. I know what plumbing is generally but not what it entails, and I don't know why things cost what, or any of the background details about it. The Social Butterfly helped parse out the details in what it means to create a website, from start to finish, as well as made me understand the real behind-the-scenes/backstage kinda work that goes into it.



Basically, they made a complete website our family business. The Social Butterfly made my life so much easier. They created my father's website. He was so happy the day it got launched. It's become a big part of the family biz. During the whole process, we felt like we were taken very good care of. Everything was explained in depth and if we had questions, we could talk to our account director and she would pick-up even late at night. The people working on the site seemed energetic, and really creative in their approach to the site design.
