This is the worst place ever to do business with the people working there are complete idiots called to verify a specfic oil filter was told they had it when arriving to get filter was then told they did not have on shelf and then was told that i should just use another lesser brand filter instead of the one i requested. If i had wanted alesser brand i would not have driven 10 niles to get one also the counter person oriental was very rude and a complete idiot and did not even know who the owner of the service center was i would not ever take any of my automobiles there ever

I came here for an oil change and of course they told me I needed a transmission flush I've never had one and I was over the amount of miles that you are supposed to have one done so I said ok well a few days later my car was acting funny and then u discovered I had a transmissions fluid leak I went in to have it fixed and the manager told me that they didn't even touch the hose it was leaking from and asked me if I brought if in because I was having problems no! I wasn't having problems your guys told md I needed it if course it more money out of my pocket! Horrible place do not go there

My sick father went here to get an oil change and ended up getting his keys thrown at him and was called a lying drunk! All because he said his dealed would do the transmission fluid for them not to touch it. This is not how i want anyone to be treated. They truly harassed him about getting more services done there and went as far to call the dealer behind our backs. My father has a terminal illness that slurs his speach, not a drunk. Hurtfull to think people could be so careless even more so people in the customer service business!

I've been going here since they opened. Service is kinda up and down. Today they set a new low. Thier upselling is getting old and stupid. My Ford 09, F-150, has 28,000 miles and the guy tried to talk me into changing my rear differential fluid. Last time it was transmission flush and change. Oh yeah, they took over an hour to change my oil because they didn't have the right stuff and had to send someone to Walmart or the auto parts store. Time to find a new "quicky lube".

The first visit went well. I was prepared for the typical, you need a flush, or you need knew filters. They were not pushy on this visit.I returned a second time and it went well also. My son began to use this company and had the same experience. We decided we finally found an oil and lube location that wasn't going to try and sell us something we didn't need.The 3rd, and last trip, they advised me I needed a power steering flush. They brought me several samples of oil, all were different colors. I told them I just wanted my oil changed, as I do the rest of the maintenance myself.This oil change was $41.00. The previous oil changes were approximately $25.00.My son went a couple of weeks later, but they attempted to push other products on him also. He and I both have Chevy Silverado pickups. They charged him $31.00. Since they have started to do the same as the other quick lube locations, I guess I will go back to changing it myself to prevent the scams.
