I have been going to Chic Esthetiq for stretch mark laser treatments and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! I had some dark really noticeable marks from my pregnancy and after 5 treatments, they have almost completely vanished. I highly recommend this med spa.

I have been going there since they opened and I think they are really good at what they do. I have had laser hair removal, facials, chemical peels, and Botox. They are always really busy, but always on time. the only complaints I see are about the cancel policy, but I never have to sit and wait for my appointment so I have to say I am glad they are picky. I'm getting ready to make an appointment with their plastic surgeon, Dr. K, next!

Not Customer Oriented. I had an appointment last Friday 6/20/14 at 2:00 pm. Went there straight from campus in Texas City at noon. So, I have 2 hour window to get there, which is plenty of time under normal condition.

Car broke down on the way, in League City. Had to make several calls to take care of it. Waited for about 45 minutes for the tow truck to come and take my car to the nearest dealership which is in Dickinson. Spend about 15-20 minutes at the dealership to take care of paperwork. My husband came to pick me up, so then I had to drop him home.

By then, it was already 1:25 pm. I put the spa address on my car navigation (GPS) since I am not familiar with the area. I went there once last month by following every direction that the GPS told me. So, I was driving, fighting a very heavy friday traffic on I 45 and following the directions on my gps. After about 45 minutes, my gps said that I had arrived on my destination. Well, apparently my GPS took me to cullen blvd in Houston which is University of Houston. So I had to search on google for the spa exact address. Then punched it in on my gps, and followed its directions that finally lead me to the right place this time, only....I was late because I arrived at 2:45.

So, I had to talk to the supervisor lady whom informed that regardless of my situation, the fact that I was late, it would still count as 1 treatment. I asked her if I could just reschedule it because it was really unplanned for. Who would plan or think that your car will just break down on you???

I had gone through such a stress situation within those 2 hours and made every effort a human could possibly do to try to make it to the appointment.

I just don't think that what they did to me is fair. They want me to pay for the service I did not get despite of the unfortunate situation I encountered. This is just not right and what happened to customer service??? I am not asking much. I always play it fair. I get paid when I do my work that satisfies my employer. So, I just want to get the service that I already paid in advance.
