Green River Grill

I'm a regular there now.. The place is a great place to go for lunch or dinner and the waitstaff always have a smile for you. I ALWAYS get the Cobb salad and never once did I get brown or wilted lettuce. As for the amount of chicken I get in my salad, it's equivalent to what I receive in my salads at Chilis and the price is very reasonable. Here's the difference.. Green River Grill is FRESH.. It's obvious it's not packaged food (like TGF and all the others since I asked for ANY item they can provide me without garlic.. And all I got was.. A coke. Because everything is pre-packaged NOT made fresh!) I tried their new gumbo and it was delicious. This place is Pearlands best kept secret probably due to location..but once you find it off of Dixie Farm.. I bet you become a regular!

This place is horrible. The music was too loud. The rolls put on the table are terrible. The waitress never bothered to tell us about the specials. The food wss tasteless and didn't seem fresh. The American cheese on my son's ham and cheese hoagie was old and hard. Very disappointed.

What a great new place to eat in Pearland! Good service. Family owned. Eat in or take out, everytime we've been pleased. The only thing I dont like is finding out about the great 'specials' the day after--some of my favorites like stuffed peppers or their tomato soup.

Great fresh food, prices are affordable. We needed a place like this in pearland

Do not eat there. My family has been there twice. There are almost no people in the place. The food is expensive for what you get. Some of the sides are inedibile. I complained to the manager and he seemed shocked. We are not going back.

I ordered a chicken caesar salad to go and upon arrival opened the box to check the order. Most of the lettuce was brown along the edges and there were also several pieces that were slimy and obviously rotten. The chicken was the equivalent of one average sized chicken tender, cut up. (The cost of the salad was nearly $9.00) I asked the server, along with a man that had walked up, if they had any fresher lettuce as this salad was quite brown. He stared into space for a moment and then repeated to himself, "fresher lettuce", and walked off into the kitchen. He returned with the box and what later looked to be the same, if not worse, lettuce. He handed it to me without saying a word. When I got back to work and prepared to start eating, I noticed not only the same disgusting lettuce, but also clumps of dirt throughout the salad. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this establishment.
