Snip its

The hairstylist was dishonest about a i phone we forgot on her counter. When we called to retrieve it she made up 3 different stories as to what happen to the phone..When I threatened to report it stolen it all the sudden appeared in the bathroom We didn't use the bathroom.

Had my son's first haircut here this weekend....what a great place. I was so worried about the first haircut but the stylists was SOOO patient and had bubbles to blow, video games to play and even animal crackers. Was a great place to go!

I have been going to the Pearland location and have always had great service and my kids love the stylists! If I ever want anything changed, the stylists are always happy to help me out. The manager, Arlyn, is a dream! They recently opened up in Rice Village, so now I get the same experience closer to my home. Snip-its is the best!

My son received his first haircut here 3 years ago and we have been coming here ever since. But recently, the place is under new management and has new stylists. After all these years taking him there, a stylist not only gave him a bad haircut, she cut his neck several times and his ear. When I told the stylist i was not satisfied, she got the manager and the manager told me i was hurting her stylist's feelings. The manager told me it was the sheers fault and not the stylists fault. I looked around and none of the other stylists were having problems with their sheers. So if you go and see a short hispanic girl with shoulder length hair, do not let her cut your child's hair. It took 2 weeks for the cuts on the back of my son's neck to heal. I now drive all the way to the Sugarland Snip-Its because I fear of my son getting cut again.
