I have been seeing Donna Garrett and dr. Buchaulter for approximately 3 years and during this time I have received excellent care if you are unfortunately in need of a pain management team do not hesitate to call them and I recommend Donna Garrett Dr. Buchaulter and Dr Garrett

If you're hoping to be evaluated as a candidate for IV therapy, a service listed on the GCPI's website (thegulfcoastpaininstitute.com/services/iv-therapy/) be advised the service isn't yet available. I asked Dr. Griffee about this service, she said their practice didn't provide this service. I told her it was on the website. She disagreed. I later called back after revisiting the website. I was told the service isn't yet available and they don't know when it will be.

Jamie is rude and terrible. You feel like cattle being herded around. This place is definitely a pill mill and only interested in making money. Good luck actually seeing your assigned doctor. I was following up from radio frequency which worked and no longer needed meds. Jamie fired me for negative drug test. So when the radio frequency wears off I will need to find another practice. So if you don't want to use meds constantly or only take as needed they don't want you as a patient.

Dr's are great. 2 times now I have had nurse Audrey be a real nasty curt person.She tries to change Dr order gets mad because I was there 2 weeks ago and jus tnot nice at all. Would think she needs to retire.

This group sucks especially Veronica the P.A. She does not know how to talk professionally to patients especially when she is having a bad day. She raises voice to patients inside the room and said things like "THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED" when patient tries to say something what they think about the practice and how they are being treated. She don't care if patient is already having some kind of heart attack or whatever. She will get into the conclusion that patient is abusing the medication. They requires patients to come into their office for a medicine count and pay 50 box copay even after patient was just seen few weeks ago. Patients there are moving somewhere else. Don't ever go to that practice. A friend of mine has a disabled friend that lost the disability because of them loose the papers 3 times.
