Peoria Animal Hospital

The Doctors and staff at Peoria Animal Hospital are very understanding and helpful. My pets enjoy going to see the Doctor! The staff is so kind to me and my pets!

Short on staff, short-tempered receptionist misconstruing conversation with me r.e. questions I had. Eventually got the doctor on the phone who then told me, "We are very busy and if you have questions you need to make an appointment with the doctor." WRONG ANSWER!!!!! All I wanted was an appointment for immunizations and blood sugar check for my dog! Several of my appointments or conversations on the phone with this one receptionist has left me to believe she is VERY unhappy with her job. Maybe hiring more staff will relieve her of being overworked, stressed and less defensive with customers. After all, why did she get the doctor involved on one of their busiest days, Surgery Day?

My pets love him and he treats them so kindly!!! Won't take my pets anywhere else ever again! Thanks Dr. Wanick!!!
