        Tonya must be an excellent manager because her staff knows how to treat the customers. I had a problem with an online order and when I called they connected me to the manager Tomya. She took care of my issue not once but twice. I will drive s few more miles to shop at Pep Boys they back their merchandise. I never met her but when I arrived at the store she had left the item up front and Jim the parts manager helped us. Jim also went an extra mile of customer service to test a Die Hard bsttery for us. We didn't buy it there. He showed us where the battery wasn't holding a charge. Wow what service!

        Josh and his team are not only wonderful mechanics, but always give 'service with a smile'. They always are reliable and explain what is needed for your vehicle and why. When my husband is deployed, I know they will be there for me if needed. We will not take our cars anywhere else! We trust in the Crater Rd team.

        They charged me $50 to tell me they could not fix my window. When I picked up the car, they had tape holding it up. $50 for a tape job--- a waste of time and money.
