Wash Zone

I purchased 'The Works' with the idea that with the Wash Zone Loyalty Card, my fifth wash would be free. NO, NO ,NO ,

Not only did the Loyalty Card not credit my purchase, the lady attendant tried to mislead me by stating , You didn't lose anything because you did get the car wash.

Also she stated that ther is absolutely nothing that can be done to get my cresit for the wash. The wash is okay but I feel cheated for false advertisement. Just take the sign down or give me the credit due.
