        Never showed up!!!

        I had an appointment for this company to come and clean my rugs on a Saturday; they told me they would be at my home between 8 and 8:30am ... never showed up. I called and my husband called and left serveral messages. They never called and never showed up. Very unprofessional ... DO NOT USE.
