Bob's Home Improvement

In the beginning we had a good experience. They returned our request call quickly and came out to our house to quote the cost of the work to be done. However, we had several issues after that. First, we were misquoted on the cost of installing the flooring because they mis-measured, we were willing to forgive this since it appeared to be an honest mistake. We had a new front door installed, we thought everything was fine but once winter hit the door was very difficult to close and open (to the point where I almost couldn’t get in my house). Also, they installed an electric heater – after the heater almost started a fire we realized they installed it upside down! All of this would be forgivable if they would have come back to fix it. We called countless times. Once someone did come out to examine everything and said he would send someone the next week to fix it. They never came. We called and called, no one came. I would not recommend Bob’s Home Improvement.
