Dr. David K Stricklan, MD

The Front desk Tangie Sucks. She is Rude,Abrasive,disrespectful and displays no compassion to the Patients who are paying for a service to see Dr. Stricklan. Dr. Strickland is always overbooked and never available for emergency visits or care. I needed antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection and a month later never received it and now I am unable to hear in both my ears. I called the office which I hate to call because either no one answers and they don't have an answering machine to leave a message. It saids call back or go to the ER. I also hate calling and Speak to that Rude Receptionist. I finally got through to her and was berated and told my med was called in my pharmacy and it wasn't as I said and then they called it in however no Antibiotic so I was told to go to the ER or Acute care. I dont have e insurance so I basically paid Dr.Striclan 150.00 to still have to pay another 100 or above for another health institute just to get an antibiotic. I am an asthmatic that has a persistent cough, Shortness of breath and clogged ears. The doctor office should have been able to resolve all my issues on that one appt for 150.00. ER's are not to be used for doctor appt. And Lastly this overbooked often sick doctor needs to have a doctor on call when he is not available. I am VERY Dissatisfied with my Treatment and care. Mainly the Reception area who needs a customer service in service STAT.
