The customer service I received at this store was remarkable! Last night, my daughter and I visited the store and MARY, the store manager was extremely helpful and pleasant. Although, most of my interaction was with Mary, I was highly impressed at the staffs interaction with each another; asking if they could also assist. or obtain additional items for my order while my daughter tried on shoes and skirts. This store is 32 minutes from my home and it was well worth the drive! I will continue to shop at this particular store due to the service that was provided on 1/11/21. THANK YOU MARY FORR MAKING OUR EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL!

They screw up your uniform order and try to compensate whats on backorder with other items you don't need just so they don't have to refund you. They don't answer the phone with a so called agent for at least a half hour. An agent will then get to you , put you on hold again and disconnect you. The service is horrible!,,,,,,If I could give this company a zero, I would.
