I went to this location on November 20, 2013 to inquire about renting a uhaul truck. The clerk almost knocked me over running over to a customer to pump gas, hollered at the poor lady that her gas tank was on the other side of the pump, came back to me and asked what I want? I told him I wanted to rent a truck. He replied in a nasty tone: Now? I said no, this friday night. He again in a nasty tone responded we are only open until 6. I said I would pick up the truck before that. I then asked what I need to do to make arrangements for the rental. Here was the clincher for me. He had the nerve to say, the first thing you need to do is get out of my way so I can pump this lady's gas. I was floored. I told him never mind I will rent from somewhere else. He said Good. Goodbye. The sad part is I read the bad reviews of this company but figured you can't always believe what you read on the internet so I would give him a chance because its a local business. Now I believe them.
