I purchased a washer and dryer set from Lowes. When my dryer stopped working, I called Maytag, who sent out Quaker City factory certified. They were out the following day and within the timeframe specified. When I needed a part, they gave me and eta and it came within the time frame and they were able to come out the following day. Again, they were out right in the time frame. So far so good, hope the repair matches the service!

My washer and dryer were in need of repair and I didn't know who to call. A friend recommended Quaker City. The whole experience was excellent. Our service Tech arrived exactly the time promised, he diagnosed the numerous repair issues quickly and came with all the needed parts. The tech took the time to explain the problems and was very courteous and professional. The final cost for the repairs was more than fair. I would highly recommend using Quaker City.

We had a repairman come out a couple of weeks ago to service two refrigerators that were leaking. He came promptly, the charge was reasonable, and they haven't leaked since.

(Tom), the tech who worked on my Maytag electric range was superior. He showed up on time as scheduled, he was personable, VERY professional and he explained the process and repair options to me. I especially liked that he followed through on keeping me informed about the process that I needed to take with Maytag in asking for a replacement stove. I would certainly use Quaker City again.

BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! "we need to order a part" (3 weeks later it is in) They come....they can't fix it...."we need to try another part"....(2 weeks later it comes in)...NOT FIXED...and this goes on for 3 months....DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!!! They will not fix your appliance and have no clue what they are doing. To add to the frustration...when you have an 80 year old women yelling at you on the phone like she is some kind of queen...it shows you how unprofessional they are !!!! Stay away from these people...

Do Not Use! 6 months for repairs. Repaired three parts before they got it right. I could have paid for a new washer by now. Awful. The second time I asked the guy if he was 100% sure, he said yes. I confirmed with the company.

They charge for every time they make a service call regardless of if it is their fault. If you don't pay, they won't come back out.

Terrible Company. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

Avoid at all cost!!!

I purchased a Whirlpool portable dishwasher that was damaged upon delivery. I called Whirlpool to have it fixed and they sent out Quaker City, as they are on their list of "certified technicians". This was the beginning of a 6 week headache... The people who answer calls are obnoxious and not friendly at all. The repair man came out, looked at the dishwasher and ordered the part needed. He said I'd hear back in 3 days to schedule another appointment for the part replacement - I had to call after 9 days of no word. They scheduled an appointment for the very next day for the repair, so I assume they had to have had the part already and just never called me to let me know what was going on. The guy came out and the part he brought still didn't fix the issue. He called Whirlpool (so I was told) to find out what to do next and they told him the base needed to be replaced. So he left the old metal casing for the dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen, didn't screw on the new encasement OR the heavy wood top counter piece (again, it's a portable dishwasher). I have an 18 month old and a 3 year old running around and he still left screws everywhere in addition to not securing anything down, so it's a total safety hazard for the kids. Ok, whatever... I was told u hear back within a week and AGAIN, I didn't hear from them about the 2nd repair trip for 2 1/2 WEEKS!! And when I called, the parts girl was on vacation, or the repair man was on another job. Always an excuse. So I FINALLY got a call back from them to tell me that the part that whirlpool supposedly told them to replace is a non-serviceable part and the dishwasher needs to be replaced entirely, so I have to call whirlpool and let them know so they can get it to me. Why they couldn't do that for me originally made zero sense, but when I called whirlpool, and there was NO documentation of the order, that they told them it was a non-serviceable part and needed to be exchanged, or even that the top counter piece needed to be replaced as well, I understood why. When Whirlpool called to find out what the hell they were talking about, and where they got this misinformation, they got the same run around I did. They now have to get another company out here to fix it. I thought the repair man was nice enough, but he admitted that the company gave him hundreds of samples to give to customers but he just kept them all for himself (if you're that cheap and dishonest, at least keep it to yourself), and he ended up to be as lazy as the rest of the employees. Who leaves screws on the floor and exposed metal edges and a sliding piece of wood unsecured when they see kids around?!?! These people are HORRIBLE!! The only recommendation I can make about them is to stay away from them! Trust me, you'll save yourself a month and a half of headaches and a search for another repair company. Whirlpool really needs to take them off of their list of "certified" repair places - if I could give them 0 stars, I would. They're all lazy, rude, obnoxious, self-serving people. The repair guy also shared that they get paid a flat rate from whirlpool regardless of how many trips they have to make out here, so my guess is that they came for the 1 repair just to get paid and then just decided to say whatever they needed to end any further obligation on their part. They're a disgrace.

They suck... took them over a ...

They suck... took them over a month to fix my washing machine and it is still not fixed. Story: told me it was so and so part, then the week after, they got the part and installed it and it turned out it wasn't the problem. Then another guy came out to try to fix it, then ordered another part. 2 more weeks went by and no word so I call up and asked. I was told that there weren't any parts ordered for me. So they located their tech and it turned out that their tech forgot to order the part... then another week went by and they finally have the part. Told me they would swing by on Saturday, and confirmed with me. I waited the whole day and no one showed up. I called on Monday to ask what the hell happened? They told me that many people are on vacation (BS probably) and the next available appointment is next monday.... So it's been 6 weeks and still nothing... I'm only using them because Lowe's warranty is covered by them. Stay away!!

Learn from my mistake - Caveat...

Learn from my mistake - Caveat Emptor!

While they warranty parts for 90 days - they only warranty labor for 30 days.

This means that if the parts they replace go bad after 30 days, you are on the hook for potentially several hundred more $$ in labor than the original repair cost - negating the entire point of repairing rather than replacing an older appliance.

I found out the hard way about this, that and their awful customer service on the call back.
