Owner, Yoon over promised and under delivered on her products and services. I regret hiring her for my wedding. She did not even come to the wedding site as promised! She didn't even call me on my wedding day to let me know she wasn't coming as promised. She did not fulfill the products and services as promised from the contract.

I hired her for my wedding. I spent a lot of time with her to discuss specific details. She did not come to my wedding site. She sent 2 random men I didn't know. They were 3 hours late. The cake was not decorated as discussed; the bamboo gift favors were not what we discussed; the bouquets and boutineres were done wrong; ceremony site indoor and outdoor were not done; head table of 15 did not get their bamboo favors; table display of printed bamboo symbolism was not displayed. Owner never even called me back or wrote me back after I had written her a very disappointing letter after my wedding.
