US Technology Reinbursement

Please do not use this lawer. My son went to her as a father seeking custody of his child....to make a long story short, she took his money and did NOT file the paperwork as promised. He expected that the paperwork would be filed; however, three months later, nothing had been done. Finally reached her on the phone after leaving several messages, only to be told that my son had NOT retained her. Went back for another visit in order to complete the proceedings, she offers him his money back since now, of course, there is an additional fee of at least $500 expected.....when he asks that his money be returned, she all of a sudden feels that her fee has been earned and she refuses.



This is terrible business practice, how do you FORGET that you have even met someone, and taken their money, until a cancelled check is produced? Do yourself a favor - go elsewhere!!!!!!
