You have to know that when four family complaint in just three years that the company is bad!! Now a big company that has a lot of Employees you could say over one big complaint a year the head of the company cannot solve. A company with just three who does the work, so the complaint has to be about Mr. Holt and Mr. Hampton. Just how much care is in this company, no trust! complaint

To go to BBB with a complaint has to be the last thing before court, you know that all the good Review are fake. Only trust the BBB with reviews, with the BBB if you sue the complaint go away because it is a court case. You can bet that Custom Care Restoration's must have a lot more than just four complaint



I contacted Custom Care Restoration because they had many positive reviews. They came out to do a cleanup. I contracted them to do the repair work also but had to ask them to leave, when I caught Mr. Ron Hampton stealing out of my house just $20.00. After they left my neighbor told me that she saw Mr. Dan Holt peeing in the yard with the school bus just down the street.

I can't say thank you enough to custom care restoration....... I had a water damage at my home due to a pipe had burst and we had water every where.They Answered the phone quickly and came out with in a half hour. They were very professional and helpfull. Our home looked great when they were finished the fans they left to dry everything help greatly. They also followed up with me the next week to make sure everything was still ok. The best guys around.

Run from this company - can't tell you how bad they are...do yourself a favor and go with someone other than this company. They did work NO regard to the budget. Professional at getting their money and leaving you used and abused.

I had a terrible water damage issue at my home that was getting no where with other contractors and remediation companies. I met with the owner and the managers of Custom Care Restoration who were up front, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to get me out of my mess. They did their job well and on time as they talked about. I felt I had made the right choice with Custom Care Restoration all along the way.

I am glad I used them and happy to write a positive review for them.

This company has the worst service and the most unprofessional staff. Not clear about their charges, hide information from the customer.
