I have used this service for about six years for both my cats and my dogs and they are absolute fantastic. My sitter Ruth goes "that extra mile" taking care of my babies. She keeps me up to date on how they were when we were out of town. I know she truly cares about their well being.I love this service being so easy to use and its economical in prices for how many pets I have. Thanks so much.

Called Fluffs of Luv about a month ago looking for a sitter for my rescue cat. Took them two days to call me back, then they never got back to me after talking to them on the phone. I found a much better company who cares about their potential clients.

Fluffs of Luv has been such an amazing find for us. Our two purr-monsters, Captain and Aslan, are a pair of finicky felines who got extremely nervous and anxious after going to the vet's office. After dealing with the hiding and the nervous-cat stomach for the next few days, my husband and I decided we needed to look into other options for our cats while we were traveling and for future vacations. I discovered Fluffs of Luv through an internet search, and called for an initial consultation. After our initial consultation, we were excited about the services that Fluffs of Luv offered, but the real proof was after our first week of vacation- we came home to happy, well-adjusted cats that weren't hiding or sick from nerves. Nancy and Rachel are wonderful sitters- not only do they take care of our (not-so-little) purr-monsters, they check the mail, water the plants, clean up after the occasional accident, and even leave a note daily to let us know how Captain and Aslan were. It's such an enjoyable experience coming home and reading about how they interacted and played with Nancy and Rachel. Fluffs of Luv have been the answer to our "Vacation Worries"- we know that Captain and Aslan are in wonderful hands! I would highly recommend Fluffs of Luv to anyone in the Charlotte area who is looking for someone to care for their pets!

I have been a customer of Fluffs of Luv for a number of months now and I couldn't be happier . Our pet sitter is Rachel and she is just wonderful. The level of care and concern she expresses for my two dogs is impressive. My mind is at ease while I am away on a trip knowing she is taking care of things at home. On one occasion, one of my dogs got sick all over my bed sheets. Rachel took the time to do a load of laundry for me in addition to the time she spent spoiling my dogs. I especially love the notes she leaves describing each visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Fluffs of Luv because recently I used the service. Kim, the sitter, left me daily progress reports, left the house very clean, took care of the other tasks and treated my pets with care and affection. I used to have a friend take care of them, but realized that this was not a top priority for them and wanted somenone who would do this as a priority. Fluffs demonstrated that they are professionals and their function is to care for the pets so that when I was away, I was confident that all things were taken care of.

Our contact, Nancy was wonderful and very in tune to our family's needs. She was professional and very thorough, leaving no stone unturned. I used Fluffs of Luv for the first time over the Christmas holiday to sit for my 3 cockatiels. Nancy Smith was wonderful. She wrote me a status of each day's events, changed the food and water daily, took out my trash, tidied up after the birds, and stayed for at least 20 mins. each day to look after things. I would highly recommend this petsitting service. They are very responsible. Even more convenient, Nancy lives in my neighborhood.

Adrienne is by far the best pet sitter I have ever had. She takes care of my pets while I am at work during the week and any time Iam out of town, and I never have any worries or concerns that my pets aren’t receiving the best care possible while I am gone. She goes over and above the call of duty to take care of my furry (and feathered) ones. My pets are like my children and I don’t trust them with just anyone. She is someone that truly loves animals and it shows in her performance each and every day. She goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy, safe and well loved. She also impresses me with the extra little things she takes care of around the house. I am so fortunate to have found such a great person to take care of our pets. She is truly phenomenal!

A friend of mine recommended Fluffs of Luv when I got my very first puppy. I couldn't be happier with the pet sitting!! Not only does my sitter come over during the day to visit my puppy but Nancy leaves notes and tips that have really helped with training and basic caring that I am still learning. My previous pet sitting agency informed me a day before I was to leave for a week’s vacation, that they would not be able to watch my pets. I was frantic. I had to find a pet sitting service fast. By way of the internet, I found Fluffs of Luv and contacted Nancy. She was amazing. She was willing to take care of my animals without any hesitation. With only a day’s notice, she took care of all my needs. I feel she went above and beyond to help me with this issue. The staff(especially Nancy) is always professional, caring, detailed and very accommodating to schedules. Not only do they give the love and attention to all my 10 animals, they also do extra house-sitting related tasks at no extra charge. And I always look forward to the daily detailed report to find out how everyone did.

I've never had anything but perfect satisfaction from these folks. They really love animals, they're very professional, and they'll bend over backwards to help you - once I was in a pinch and needed a pet sitter with only about a day's notice, and they got me taken care of no problem. They even helped me find a home for an abandoned beagle we had rescued! You're out of your bloody mind if you use any other service.

We used Fluffs of Luv for a week in Oct. to take care of our 2 cats. They really do love animals and are dependable. They left a detailed report of the cats activities and what they did each day. Even our neighbors commented on the pet sitter. We will definitely use their services again. It is great how much they really care about animals!

Fluffs of Luv Pet Sitting is fantastic!!!! They have been so wonderful to my little Sampson! We recently moved to NC from MD with 4 pets...2 cats and 2 large dogs. We always had great friends and neighbors to watch our animals when needed, but here we were planning a week-long vacation for this summer in a new area w/o anyone to care for our "furry friends" as FOL likes to refer to them. I started searching online for pet sitting services, came across their website, read some reviews and scheduled the free in-home consultation. What can I say, but that Bonnie was awesome. As soon as she walked through the door I knew I was going to hire FOL. She knew just how to handle herself around our pets and they took right to her as well. She was professional, friendly and thorough...very easy to work with. Our family went on vacation and I did not worry once about our pets because I just knew they were in good hands and knew they were being well-cared for and well-loved. This is such a great alternative to kennelling, because not only did my loved ones get to stay in the comforts of their own home, but they got so much personal attention and the cost was a lot less. That's a no-brainer as far as I am concerned. And not only did they provide excellent care for my pets, but they brought in my mail, took out my trash, watered my plants and so on...all for the per visit fee that also is the same no matter how many animals you have. I will call upon them again...no question about that. I highly recommend FOL and so do Roxie (6 yr old Boxer mix), Pogo (9 yr old Shepherd mix), Roscoe (9 mos old Tabby) and Izzie ( 1 yr old short hair domestic) Thanks a bunch, FOL You and your staff are fabulous!

Stepping in after my last pet sitter threw me to the curve 48hrs before a weekend trip, these folks stepped in and took great care of my two shelties. Even with my oldest just recovering from an illness to boot, I felt reassured that they were in good hands, and that my home was secure. I recommend highly thus far for their professionalism that is hard to find with most pet sitting services.

Moving across the country with my 9 year old Weim was stressful enough for her, adapting to the new climate, new landscape, new life, exacerbated the situation. So finding the right person to walk her and hang out with her in the afternoon while I am at work was paramount. Through an odd twist of fate, I met Bonnie Martino, co-owner of FOL. Impressed with her professionalsim, her values, her personality, and her rapport with my Weim, I knew I had found someone, and a small personalized service, that could care for Belle as I would. Indeed, FOL combines intelligence, attention to details, and much affection, that is difficult to find anywhere. When I leave my house in the morning I know that Belle will have an enjoyable afternoon, that she will be safe and loved. Very comforting. FOL even brings in my mail and carries out other small tasks as needed. It dosen't get better than that.
