September 21, 2013 ...Just went to check my air filter on my Polaris RzR that I've only ridden once since Ricky Hendricks Performance Honda upgraded the motor with stage 1 kit. Looks like the janitor did this job. Loose bolts and vacuum lines routed the wrong way. Oh and shortly after picking it up the service department called and informed me that the janitor forgot to put a screw in and I should not ride it.

I also had my Victory Cross Country serviced for bad fuel sending unit at the same time and on the 1st ride, the fuel line came loose from under the tank dumping fuel just in front of the rear tire at 55MPH. Apparently whoever did the work didn't securely attach the fuel line to the tank. This is not good for traction. Almost hit the pavement. I was left stranded on the side of the road....11:30pm in a less than desirable area of town.

February 12, 2014 After less than 50 miles (3-rides) on my RZR from same service mentioned above, the motor blew up. The biggest day of the year to ride......... 8" of snow and I've got a RZR that Ricky Hendrick Performance Honda worked on! People this not just one of those things that happen.....This service department will cause you, or a loved one, bodily injury or possibly even kill you!

Great store but Service is bey...

Great store but Service is beyond Worst. The front desk guy is the service manager. He doesn't honor the coupon until you tell the general manager or sales manager then he honors it. If you are not satisfied with your invoice, contact the general manager because he adds all the extra things on the invoice even with a coupon. Don't argue with him because there is no point. I requested him the oil change for $29.99 he said he needed printed out so I printed out. Later he charged me $35 for labor and $20.85 parts, $3.15 for service fee and $1.51 tax= total bill was $60.51 for oil change on a cruiser bike. He said Oil Change $29.95 is just for the oil and not for the labor. I argued why it's like that he said with motorcycle its like that so I left then came back in the afternoon talked with the sales manager since general manager was out, he ask why service manager charged me extra $35 he said he will fix it and that it was a mistake. I talked with him again and he said it's didn't know it was $35 on there when I argued with him in the morning about that. Oh Really? He said it will change to $15. So instead of paying $60 he change to $40. Still it's not the special $29.95 special. He doesn't explain anything and lied straight to my face. I will never leave my bike for oil change or to get it repair here. Unless he leaves that company. I never ever have problems anywhere else. This was the worst experience ever! Such a false advertising. Service manager is not professional at all. People should go there but just check your invoice.

Do not trust your bike or 4-wh...

Do not trust your bike or 4-wheeler to these guys if it is a problem more complex than an oil change.

I took an older bike here to diagnose and repair an ignition problem and after, literally, months of effort the mechanic said he could not figure out the problem and charged me over $300 for telling me this. It is one thing to not be able to find parts for an older machine, but to say "we can't figure out the problem" means that the mechanic is not much of a mechanic. And then to charge anything more than $25 to tell me this while holding the bike hostage is close to criminal.

Management here needs to do a serious review of their business practices, the attitudes of the mechanics, and how they treat customers. As it stands now, they seem to only be existing because of the Hendrick name.

I will never go back here and I'll go out of my way to tell my buddies I ride with.

I wish I could give it negative reviews. This place is a joke and the only reason they are still in business is because of the last name. These people are dishonest and not even good mechanics. They had my bike for a week to clean engine out and replace air filter to get started. Charged $400 and got a quote from a more reputable dealer that was half. They called me numerous times throughout the week to come pick it up. Picked it up and it didn't work. Didn't a call from them until 2 weeks later

Dishonest Dealer!

These guys really are a piece of work! They charge way too much for minor services. I've used their services three times and the each time the charges have been questionable. On my last and final visit I went to get a scooter inspected and to have the tag holder put on. I asked the counter person how much it would be to install the holder. He said something like it'll be a just small charge to install the tag holder. Well, after the installation he told me it would be a half-hour cost of labor! The holder only took 3 minutes to put on! The point is he knew beforehand they were going to charge half-hour's labor to install the thing. And had he told me that upfront I would not have had them do it. I took it off myself so I know it wasn't that involved. This place is really convenient to my home, but I will not be using them again. Do yourself a favor and find a honest place to do business.
