Decided to give this place a try with some out of town relatives. Since they are from out of the country, thought this would be a great place to take them. WRONG IDEA!! The night that I went, the place was pretty empty, but service was horrible. We attempted to flag down serveral servers and finally had to stop someone in their tracks in order to get service. Then when coming back with our order, we had to wait even longer for things that we needed like...silverware, extra napkins, to go boxes...if we could have, we would have got these ourselves.



Since we couldn't get our server to be consistent and they seemed to disappear for a prolonged period, we decided to go up to the register and pay for the meal. My relative pointed directly at our table (there were no other busy tables around us) and said he would like to pay for the tab. He's not all that familiar with American currency, but still thought it was a little pricey for the amount of dishes that we ordered. As we were walking out, one of the waitresses tells the hostess/cashier to keep us from leaving because we apparently didn't pay our tab??!!!!



We showed them the receipt of what we had payed for and they still kept insisting that we didn't pay the tab. She kept saying that "according to the computer, our table/check was still open"!!! Come to find out, they gave my relative the WRONG TAB!! Then they kept insisting that we hadn't paid. Rather than giving us an apology that we deserved, they proceeded to apologize to the people in the line that started behind us. I had to rather loudly say, "WHERE IS OUR APOLOGY?!!!" in order to get a cold-hearted non-apologetic poker-faced apology!!!! They took their time calculating the difference between how much we did pay and how much we owed...and still kept insisting that we did not pay the full amount....WE F***** OVERPAID!!!. The manager came over to look at the tabs and never even looked up at us!!!



NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO RUDELY AND UTTERLY DISRESPECTED!!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY MY FAMILY AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS HOLE IN THE WALL, RUN DOWN ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!! EVERYTIME I THINK OF THIS PLACE, THE FEELINGS OF ANGER COME BACK ALL OVER AGAIN!!!
