We just bought a house in section 15 of port charlotte. The house had a security system but the real estate lady never gave us information on it. My wife started pushing buttons and ended up arming the thing and we could not disarm it. We called some alarm companies but no one seemed interested until we called Safe and Sound Security. Greg came right over and solved our issue. He gave us a break on the service call fee because he just happened to be a few blocks away. He showed us how to use the system and told us to call him when we were ready to be monitored. We sincerely appreciated the care and interest he took in our safety. Bought a new home that had an ADT system. Safe and Sound came over and showed us how poorly the install was. Had we had a break in on our lanai slider, the old system would never have detected the intrusion. We went with this local company because they were more concerned with our safety than " making a sale". We are very happy with our new system and the availability of Safe and Sound's tech support and personal touch. It is quite refreshing dealing with folks that care.
