Urban Garden Center

This store has terrible customer service from some of its employees. There are a couple respectful ones, but the bad ones far outweigh the good. When i tried to calmly speak to the owner about this he blew up at me! Called me names and everything. Imagine that, an owner blowing up at a customer for informing him of bad Customer service! Don't let the square footage fool you, their selection isn't any better than any other store, the store is just spread out more, and their pricing is at least 10% higher than their competitors.
