I knew Pete couldn't help me when I called because we are out of his area, but he was AWESOME at helping refer someone closer to me. Even told me who to stay away from. Thanks for your help!

I can't say enough good things about Pete and his excellent service. Right from the start he was refreshingly honest and informative about our rat problem. He didn't try to sell us some long-term monthly contract like everyone else we called, and his rates beat everyone hands-down. He is very polite with a good sense of humor and always showed up on-time and on-schedule. I seriously believe he solved our problem quicker and better than any other company out there could have because his level of service and commitment was just awesome. He gave us more than our money's worth and I would highly recommend him to anyone with any pest problem you need solved and done right. This guy really knows his stuff.

We first contacted Pete a little over a year ago with an ant problem. Pete was so helpful and informative from the very first phone call that I had no qualms about hiring him to take care of the job. Not to mention his rates are competitive and (unlike other companies I spoke to) Pete did not try to sell us on a monthly contract. Instead, he guarantees his work for 6 months. The ants were gone after one treatment. We had to call Pete again recently after finding evidence of mice in our crawl space. He quickly found where the mice were getting in. He felt the problem could be solved very easily by sealing off the entry point and setting traps. He talked my husband through his recommendation and didn't charge us a thing. He even gave us some supplies to get us started! I really appreciated how honest he was and that he didn't try to sell us on his services when we didn't need them. Pete not only knows his stuff, he's also an honest, hard-working guy. Highly recommended!

It seems like it's become really hard to find great service from people.Pete is a great reminder of this problem because he displays all thethings we don't seem to see much anymore in everything he does.Excellent explanations & info, very fair pricing (competitors can't eventouch what Pete offers in the area of great customer service), and alldone professionally & quickly. I recently bought a house and found carpenter ants soon after I moved in. After researching the large exterminator companies, I called Pete for a quote. He was right-the big companies did try to get a contract out of me, and told me a wall would need to come out. Pete assured me that the issue would be resolved with one application given the pet/people safe chemicals he uses. He was quick but thorough, affordable and left my house the way he found it. There isn't a sign of an ant anywhere near my house. A week later, I feel so much more comfortable in my house. Support the local guy and hire Pete for your extermination issues-he tells it like it is, and I, for one, am extremely satisfied.

If you need an exterminator don't call anyone else for a quote, trust me I already did. I had birds in my house, beneath my roof above the second floor. Its a new development, and the guy that did my siding dint do a good jobs, since he left a small hole. Well Pete came out, there were no birds at the time, but Pete also couldn't close the hole from the inside, but the outside was impossible to get due to my roof being so steep, and landscaping. He basically told me someone who does siding can only do it, and dint charge me a penny for the 15min it took him to get to the birds. He treated my house for bees, and that's it. Only cost $99 for the bees to be treated, with a 6months guarantee. So he will definitely here from me again if I have any problem with pests and wildlife. Thanks-Victor

Pete truly cares about your pest situation and wants to do what's best for your family and your home. He gives you several options of how he might help the situation, and he stands behind his work and will stick with you until your pest issues are resolved. He is one of those rare businesspeople who really takes the time to do the job right and relate to his customers. He spends a lot of time listening and discussing your situation. He's friendly and personable too! I highly recommend his company.

Very professional and great at what he does. Came as soon as he could when he heard the "terror" in my voice at having mice! Knew exactly where the problem was and took care of it in four visits. I would highly recommend his services to anyone with a pest problem. Much less expensive than the other "name brand" services.

Efficient. Honest. Compassionate. Educational. Worth every star in my evaluation!!! I called Pete for help on Saturday. He showed up on Sunday morning! Not only was he speedy, he did an inspection and told me that I DID NOT need to hire him. Instead he gave me two traps that would fit the need for my house and then walked me around my house showing me how I could do simple things to seal up mice entrances. He was also wonderful my dogs and toddler. Having worked with way too many contractors, lately. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his help and honesty. A nice change.

This summer Pete helped us with a bee's nest we had under our deck and porch. Pete explained what could be done and knowing this was something I was not willing to attempt, he took care of it that day! Some companies I called wanted us to sign a contract for a problem I needed taken care of right away. Not only did he get the nest out but also said he'd check back with us for the next 6 months. Great service and no more problems for the rest of the summer!

Fantastic Customer Service! Highly Recommended!!! We woke up one morning to our kitchen floor covered with little black ants. We called Pete & he came over the same day. He was very informative & we learned more about ants & other critters than we had ever imagined. He sprayed our kitchen with a non-toxic ant killer & the outside of our house for spiders. We haven't seen an ant since! He was wonderful & we'll certainly be calling him for any other pest problems we have in the future.

Pete's Pest Control came to the rescue when I cleaned out the basement and found we had rats living in our house in North Portland. I called Pete because I was looking for professional pest control without a long contract, and somebody that would get the job done right away. Pete was able to fit me in the next day for a consultation, and he worked with me over the next month, educating me about rat behavior, food sources, water sources, and how we could best deal with the problem. He even went out of his way to ensure the safety of our new kitten, providing traps that were kitten-proof, and checking back regularly to clear and reset the traps.I was so impressed with the way Pete's Pest Control dealt with our rat problem, that when I noticed a superhighway of sugar ants crossing our counter-top, I immediately reached for the phone to call Pete. He was over the next day, and treated our house for ants and spiders, and I haven't seen an ant since.
