First & last time here! Terrible service by server Mitch (no name tag & didn't say who he was). Can't recall the name. We were sat w/no menus & Mitch acted as if it was our fault we didn't have them. He got them & we asked for 2 raspberry teas & 1 coke. He came back w/2 cokes. I stated the mix up & he fixed it but acted it was our fault. I asked for alfredo w/angel hair & he got fettuccine alfredo instead. I let him know & he said "I can fix it". We talked to manager Sumitra & she didn't care. She charged the card &, I said, "when you get a complaint, you should fix it & say, sorry the appetizer is free". She said "no, my waiter said YOU were rude & you're recording him". I said "I'm offended, we have no menus, the order is wrong & we're wrong?" She said "I back up my servers 100%". I then asked for her name & someone higher & she said "I'm it", & I said "who is higher, I want her name& the server's" which she refused until I pressed. The server lied! Corporate will know about this.

Please let the waiter know that you car has an alarm that likes to go off over and over and over and over again, the kind of car you drive. Today it is a Porsche LOL

Beautiful facility and I asked a tour bus driver from Seattle why they stopped here. quick response CHEAP So it is great for family outings on a budget, or dads weekend with the kids, or for those that don't work at Nike, Intel, or OHSU

Personally I prefer the Loving Hut (vegan) or Higgins on SW Broadwayss
