        Overall

        Went in for the $20 spa pedicure, and picked out my polish, it was a shellac polish. Went to pay and was charged $45!!! Was never told that it would be an extra $25 for the shellac!!! Need to tell clients first how much extra it will be, not happy at all!! Melissa
