O'Brien's Bakery

I ordered a teenage mutant ninja turtles birthday cake for my sons birthday. Cakes dot com indicated that OBriens could make this cake. I contacted the bakery 2 weeks prior to ensure that they could make the same cake we saw on the website. I was told yes, absolutely. I called to check in on 2 separate occasions to ensure it could be done and again was told yes, no problem. The day before I was to pick the cake up I called again and spoke to the owner who told me they she did not have the kit to make the cake. I was assured though that she would go out that night, find the correct kit and make the same cake from Cakes dot com. When I went to pick up the cake I was given a different cake than what was ordered. Our 6 year old son who requested this cake was heartbroken, many tears shed over this disappointing cake. They gave us a plain white sheet cake with and a teenage mutant ninja turtle action figure was sat upon the cake. Not even close to what is shown on the website. Considering this is not the cake we ordered, we requested a refund. The owner said it was our fault due to our lack of communication. Beware.

My dad is diabetic and can never eat any sweets when we go to parties. I bought him a sugar free birthday cake for his 89th birthday and his eye's lit up when he saw it. He lit up even more when I told him it was sugar free and he could actually eat it! Not only was it delicious it was beautiful too! Love you O'Brien's! Francine Chancholo
