there was a nail tech named Tia who used to work there does anyone know where she works now she gave me awesome service i would love to know where she works now! please if she is working here locally let me know please!!

used to love it. not anymore.

I used to come to this place every two weeks for months until the women that always did my nails quit. I went back two more times. ..

The first time I went back, whoever did my nails did a terrible job. They were completely uneven and crooked.

I went to a different place after that and wasnt happy with the service so I went back to cicis hoping I would have a better experience but it was even worse...

a man did my nails this time. He was incredibly rude, he misshaped them.. I asked for an american manicure which has a slight color tint on top of the white tip (simple request, especially if you're supposed to be a professional). Well he gave me the wrong color, and I told him it looked too dark.. he said I was wrong. Ok. Also, when he asked how long I wanted them, I showed him and he said my nails are too small, and that would look bad. I like my nails with a little length, but not a ridiculous amount...

After letting them dry until HE told me they were done, I reached into my purse to pay him... THEY ALL SMUDGED. I asked him to fix it and he said I shouldnt have "rubbed them so hard" WTF I HAD TO PAY HIM. Never coming to this place again. Ever.

I made a group appointment and they didn't wait on us until 30 minutes later, then they put all of us in a chair and filled our water up which was cold and had us sit for another 30 minutes....It took 1.5 hours for our group of three adults and four kids to finish our appointment, the kids only got their nails painted...horrible service, have been there twice and will never go back, they don't keep appointments and are understaffed!

I absolutely love this place! I used to live out in Overland Park and I thought because of the variety of salon choices that they might have better service but now that I live in Liberty, I far prefer the salons here, especially CiCi's! They have the widest variety of color choices. I go in knowing that I have hundreds of color options and the service is even more impressive. I am always greeted with a smile and asked if I care for a drink while I have service rendered. This is my favorite place to be and it feels good to know I can trust them and their services. Thanks CiCi's! :)

This is the best nail salon around. My family has been coming here for almost 15 years and have never had a bad experience. The owner and all the employees are the best around. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

This Nail Salon is THE place to come in the North Kansas City (Liberty) area. I have been coming for several years. My technician, Nancy, that I have the opportunity to work with is wonderful!!! So much so, I have the salon number programmed in my cell phone!!!

I am not originally from this area and have been to many salons. I can say that the service here is EXCELLENT!! The owner knows me by name and the other technicians are extremely friendly!!

I have had the unfortunate experience from other salon that I contracted something from. Nancy was able to assist me in alleviating the problem!! I have not been anywhere since!!

I have purchased gift certificates for my husband....even though I do not come with him so he can have "Man Time"! :-)

Great local!! Great Client Service!!

Strong Recommendations!!

I did'nt care for my services ...

I did'nt care for my services at this place... I called to set up an appt for me, my soon to sister in law, and 4 kids for a wedding.. When I called they told me drinks would be served and they would get a cake made with my sister in law's wedding colors. So we went to the appt, and they offered the children a soda and took them to the kid area for mani/pedi's...We waited about 10 mins and they excorted us to the VIP area and asked what services we wanted.. so told them what we wanted and they kept harrassing us to get the more expensive treatments...we declined...but I did pay for an upgrade to get my callasus removed caue I get them when I wear flip flops...well any ways...they never offered us a drink like promised and never brought out the cake..We spent over $200 plus tips for them... we got home and I noticed my nail polish was already chipping and my callasus were still there... I believe after we declined the expensive treatments they seemed to rush to get us out of there.. I started 10 mins before my sister in law and she was done before me...so anyways we didnt have time to call and deal with how we were treated cause we had a wedding the next day. So I called to tell them how I felt about their services and how we never got the cake or offered a drink and they guy was rude and didnt care..he never offered a refund.. all he said is he would talk to his staff.. I told him this was my first and last time as a costomer... I ususally go to foxy nails and they only charge $25 for a pedi and they do a way better and are cheaper, but we went their cause the lil girls had gift certificates..

I apologize to hear of your less than perfect experience. Usually we only offer cake and such to parties of 7 or more doing mani/pedis. I'm curious to know who offered you this without prior authorization from our Salon? If you don't mind I would love there name to deal accordingly. As for not being offered a drink, we apologize that was just forgetfulness in part of our staff, some are new so they forget that we offer beverages. Most clients see the expansive bar and would ask for a menu. If any of my technicians forget, I would definitely recommend just asking them for a menu, our drinks are not to be missed! For your pedicure, I remember you said you upgraded to the Signature pedicure to help with your calluses, sadly like you said you have, some people need more than one treatment to fully soften out that skin. As for someone finishing before the other, some clients don't require as much care as another so it does happen that sometimes someone will finish before the other. We would love to invite you back to our salon to give us another try! We try our best to make all of our clients happy and we have a long standing clientele that can affirm this. We hope you have a good day.

Thieves!!!

Bought my wife 2 pedicures, she used it once and they took the certificate. When she went back for her 2nd one, they refused to give it to her. I asked to talk to the manager, lady told me she was the manager. Then asked for a corporate contact, she said the wasn't one. Then asked for owner, she said said the was no owner!

When I questioned that statement she finally said she was the owner!

I have no idea which lie to believe. Never got rebursed and my wife never got the 2nd pedicure.

Avoid at all costs!!

This was a miscommunication. Sir, you came in and bought 1 gift certificate, for I think $50 (this was last year so it's hard to recall) which you wanted your wife to spend on 2 separate basic pedicures. Your wife came in, and instead of just getting a basic pedicure, she wanted the top of the line VIP pedicure. The basic pedicure is only $26 and our VIP is $46. She enjoyed the pedicure and also tipped and used up her entire gift certificate. The wife then proceeded to come back the following month and got into an argument accusing us of keeping her gift certificate which supposedly still had money on it. The wife also said she assumed Gift certificates were just held for clients at the salon instead of taken home. To be honest, so company would ever hold a gift certificate for clients, thats liability that we wouldn't risk. Gift certificates go home with the clients at all times. We NEVER keep gift certificates, we always write new ones if there is money left over on the certificate. I understand you called our Salon and proceeded to curse out our Staff. You spoke to a technician at first who then gave the phone over to the owner because you were yelling at her. So I apologize that you couldn't recognize the switch but there are no lies here. We are a full service salon that prides itself on offering different packages to meet all of our clients budgets. This was just the perfect example of miscommunication or understanding. We would love to invite you back to our salon.
