Excellent businessmen, they did all the right things to sell a car. I Followed an ad on Craigslist that led me to them to buy a Nissan Altima 2016 and it was perfect for me. They were happy to immediately fix the breaks right before I took it off the lot, and were readily able to give me my title in a timely matter. It smelled and looked brand new, and give enough space for my 3 year old to set her toys and library books. They even gave me a cd to enjoy their music of their origins. I felt comfortable especially seeing that they were doing what they do for their family as a father in law came in to park after a long drive from Georgia with his daughter and granddaughter. I would gladly do business with them again. I'm sorry they had such negative reviews in the past and wish all could be resolved. They were business men and family men all the way. If someone asked me where to buy a used vehicle, I would say go to Raytown Auto Land. I plan to make positive reviews everywhere.

Worst ever decision is to buy from the guy called Ash trusting his words. I thought its good deal to purchase car from this dealer trusting his words. But after the purchase of the car within two days A/C started not working and went to Ash for repair and informed him that A/C is not working he said to come after two days I trusted this guy and came back and went after another 2 days the same answer repeats. When I called him he said I need to pay amount for the repair even though I had warranty from Ash for 3 months. I paid $200 to repair the A/C. But it works temporarily and started not working when I was on my way to home from Autoland in an hour of repair. I got suspicious of the guy and I went to "Advanced Auto Parts" for repair then they informed me that the AC compressor is damaged and it needs $800 bucks to repair then I called Ash to inform the issue then the reply from Ash gave me feel stupid of myself for believing him. He said that he know the issue earlier and wont call him again for this issue. When ever I called him he won't lift the call.

It's a nightware to buy a nissan in this shop. They sell me a nissan 2008 said no accident. And they show me a very old carfax report try to prove it. However, the car has structure damage when I buy a report for myself. And also one TPMS is missed, tank is loosed, wiper is damage. Finally, they can't provide the title for this car. So I can't register it. Even cheap, but you should be careful and think about a lot of things to buy in this shop.

My wife and I were looking for a decent cheap car for our son. Our budget was about $3000. Most of the lots we went to had a few cars in that range, but mostly junk. I answered an ad on craiglist for a car that they had, and we decided to drive from Smithville to Raytown. He had at least 15 cars, in the range we needed. we probably drove 10. We finally decided on a 2006 Saturn, that was priced $800 below KBB. It's a great driving little car, but as I took it to get it inspected, I noticed that the horn didn't work. I called Ash at the dealership, and he said he would fix it. It took a couple of days, because Saturn parts are no longer available, and he told me he'd have it ready on Thursday. He sent a guy out, in a snowstorm, to get my part, and had his mechanic stay late to fix it. I spent about 30 minutes in his office talking with him while we were waiting, and I consider that I have made a friend. Ash is a guy that will stand behind what he sells. The one thing people need to remember before writing a complaint, is that these are "cheap" cars. They're not perfect. They are good dependable transportation. I will buy from him again. If you want a large selection of cheap cars, he's the guy to see. Steve F.
