Tony's Appliance Repair

I was very pleased with the service. I called late afternoon on a Thursday about my malfunctioning LG washing machine and on Friday, the next morning, Russ was at my house. He immediately diagnosed the problem (bad pump) and since he had the part on his truck, was able to repair my washing machine on the spot. I was so happy to have my washing machine back since I wash at least one load of clothes per day. Russ was not only knowledgeable, but very friendly as well. I was impressed with both the speed and the care he took when repairing my washing machine. I would highly recommend this company.

The technicians know what they're doing. Well trained and nice people. The man who came to my house repaired my Jenn-Air range. The microwave was broke. He knew exactly what to do. He even had the part on his truck. I always called them when they were Stan Noll Appliances. Now Tony owns it. Wonderful people. I'm pleased.

We would use you folks again in a heartbeat for any appliance repairs we may need! We had a year and a half old Samsung washer that broke. We called Samsung directly and spoke to a gal who told us someone would contact us to set up a repair appointment. That is now the only good thing I can say about Samsung. After not hearing back from them in 5 days time, we called Tony's. It was a Fri. so they set us up for Mon. Two men arrived, did a troubleshoot, researched the machine code and said they would be back within the week with new parts. They were. Sadly, mere minutes after they put the parts in and left, the machine quit working again. We called Tony's and the owner himself called us back to explain his experience talking to Samsung and to say he was sending his men back to our home to return all our money, that there were no other parts available to fix our junk machine. Tony's was prompt, courteous and didn't penalize us for Samsung's mess.

I was looking for a company to come and fix my fridge. Most companies were able to get here in about two days, but Tony's came the very next morning. Twenty minutes later they were done and the fridge was fixed! Courteous and knowledgeable. I would call them first if necessary!

Had a problem with a insinkerator and Tonys was the only authorized repair shop. So I got a call from them and right from the bat without knowing the problem, or diagnosing the issue I was told it is poor workmanship. So they came out to my location and looked at the issue, first said it was that the product was not locked in properly so he locked it in and still the same problem, so then I was told my plumbing was incorrect and they can fix it for $100.00 "he fixed the plumbing" and guess what yeap you are correct same issue, so then I was told the sink is too cheap for the product. So after upsetting me and leaving my home, a day later my sink is leaking from where he fixed what I dont think was broken to begin with. I do not doubt this is a good company if it does not come down to a factory defect of a product they are not the authorized repair shop for. But I was truly and whole heartedly disappointed with this place and I will not allow them to fix a flat tire on my bike.

Called Tony's after a bad experience with another technician. Got an appointment quickly, and they fixed the problem (didn't need the replacement parts the other tech told me to get). In the end, Tony's cost me $180 less than the other tech's quote. Very friendly, extremely reasonable price. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Very happy with the service to repair my refrigerator. They came out to my house quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. They had to order a part but came out to install it as soon as it came in. Fast, professional, and friendly service.
