Louie's Appliances

The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a couple of very nice folks and right away they asked if they could help me. I spoke with Emy and told him that I needed a washing machine and that mine had just broken. He showed me several styles and price points. I told him we are just 2 people and we don't do tons of laundry and my needs were fairly basic. He then showed me a couple "scratch and dent" units they had on the floor. Some great deals there! I found one I loved and he gave me a lot of info about it. He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain things to me. There was not a users manual with it and Emy went online and printed one up and put it all together for me and it was in the washing machine when it was delivered just 2 days later!! Super guy to work with and I would highly recommend Louie's Appliances to anyone! The guys who came to install it were in and out in no time....no muss no fuss! I have always loved dealing with Louie's Appliances and will continue to buy my appliances from them!!

Not sure why the negative reviews on louie appliances I've had a great experience working with Louie. I'm in the market to upgrade most of my kitchen appliances and wanted to go the brick and mortar route as opposed to taking my chances with eBay or other online outfits. I actually assumed that I would pay more by going into the showroom but that hasn't been the case. Louie has been very patient with me, mixing and matching various mid-grade brands and communicating with me as I try and determine the best bang for my buck. I am close to settling on a KitchenAid suite with a Jenn Air cooktop and am looking forward to having the measurements/estimate shortly. Louie is setting up the guys that take the measurements with all of the specs that I have identified (which includes a laundry list of different brands/sizes) but has been very professional with her service. Compared to Lowes, Home Depot, etc., the pricing is actually more competitive and obviously the personal service has been impressive. They do not hide any costs in their estimates, showing how the installation + tax breakdown works up front so that a full picture can be constructed (because I sure as heck don't want to hook up a gas range, dishwasher, electric oven, etc).

The installation went smoothly and I was very pleased with the workmanship from Noe and Rene. I am looking forward to doing business with louie appliances again!!

Purchased a refrigerator with a 90-day warranty from Louie Appliances and it doesn’t make ice or keep items cold. We called them and they sent a technician who was not skilled in refrigerator repair, could not find the issue and told us he would talk to the owner. We call numerous times to follow up prior to the 90 days and after. When asked if we could speak with the owner he was always not available.

Got licensed technician to come out who told us it was cracked and Freon was leaking and the fridge was no good. He also told us that any licensed appliance person could identify the issue. We immediately called and told them what the technician said and they said the technician that was sent out was actually the owner of Louie's Appliances and hung up. We called back and was told that the owner was not available. It is now almost a month later and they have not contacted us.

We bought a fridge they delivered it and the fridge never worked. Still dealing with same issue. Never worked. Owner is aware of situation. Wants to keep going back to "fix" the problem. Refuses to replace fridge. We need this fridge to be replaced for a working one immediately.
